4 ways to reduce your stress after a hard day

There comes a time when you reach home all tired and stressed. It's because you might have a hard day at work and now you're unable to make a move. In this case I can give you five effective ways that you can employ to reduce your stress. 1. Just lay down and do nothing! First of all lay down and try to relax your mind. Try to breathe long and not think about anything at all!  2. Put your feet in warm water After restoring your soul for sometime, take out a tub and add some warm water to it and put your feet in it.
