There comes a time when you reach home all tired and stressed. It's because you might have a hard day at work and now you're unable to make a move. In this case I can give you five effective ways that you can employ to reduce your stress. 1. Just lay down and do nothing! First of all lay down and try to relax your mind. Try to breathe long and not think about anything at all! 2. Put your feet in warm water After restoring your soul for sometime, take out a tub and add some warm water to it and put your feet in it. This will help you relax your body muscles and you'll feel relief. 3. Drink a cup of coffee/tea Sometimes a simple cup of tea or coffee proves to be so much effective and helps you to release your body fatigue and calm your soul. How did you participated on national coffee day ? 4. Watch your favorite TV Series The best way to cure your stress is by watching your favorite TV series with a cup of tea. I personally watch F.R....
Being a introvert cum extrovert life seems pretty amazing when you enjoy both these phases during your school. Change has always been kinda hard for me. I always get attached to the people, things and places which anyone by the way should not get to!! Being in school was so perfect like you wake up in the morning, the washroom fights with your siblings, eating breakfast in hustle, leaving home and ending up at school with your bags on your shoulders all set to rock the day! Everything seems to be in harmony until I realized that I was in 10th standard when people started gossiping about how they would miss the school. I had no clue that time that one day I would not be coming to school like we used to be. Not that, but in fact I never wanted to think about that because that kind of hurt leaving things, your teachers, your school fellows, the class rooms, the play grounds! Everything reminds me the nostalgia about the past and a cold wind of chill fills my body.
After the school, I felt that I might be in factory where the products are being processed during line processing; pick from one place & drop it to next like there was no break!! It was like I was being passed through many phases to get finally done with my life.
The phase that now I'm going to narrate about is really very important in the life of a student. People entered university with bizarre sort of philosophy. But university not only changes your thoughts about life but in fact changes you as a person. Personally sharing my experience with you people I was always a dependent mummy-daddy kid when I entered the university but it taught me no one is going to stand there for you. You've to combine your scattered pieces together yourself. Many people seem nice here in talking. Sometimes you would have fun with those temporary people in your life.
The diverse natures of everyone there will teach you something that will stay with you forever. The time would finally come when you'd think that you've started enjoying your university life and exactly at that time that would be your last year. Group studies cum entertainment gatherings, so-called university projects, little chats in halls, everything would give you pleasing vibes. But then it would be too late because it would soon gonna be over!! And that's how my friend you'd graduate getting ready to step into professional life.
