There comes a time when you reach home all tired and stressed. It's because you might have a hard day at work and now you're unable to make a move. In this case I can give you five effective ways that you can employ to reduce your stress. 1. Just lay down and do nothing! First of all lay down and try to relax your mind. Try to breathe long and not think about anything at all! 2. Put your feet in warm water After restoring your soul for sometime, take out a tub and add some warm water to it and put your feet in it. This will help you relax your body muscles and you'll feel relief. 3. Drink a cup of coffee/tea Sometimes a simple cup of tea or coffee proves to be so much effective and helps you to release your body fatigue and calm your soul. 1. Beautify your wall
Simply take a hanger and thread/thin rope and some of your photographs. All you have to do is to attach your photographs to hanger with the help of thread. If you want to give classy look to your room make sure your photographs are in black and white color. On the other hand if you are fun and jolly person go for colorful photographs. It's all up to your taste!
2. Add charming lights to your mirror
Beautify your mirror of your room. This will ultimately add glamour to your room.
3. Color your room walls
Apart from pink traditional color, go for the beautiful whimsical color!
4. Spread circles in your room.
You can do this either by hanging real balls or just paste the color paper on your walls. And place your bed near your window so that the morning sunshine can help you restore your spirit!
5. Beautify ladder
Well this is one of my favorite idea to decor. Because this is cheap and fantastic. All you have to do is to take a ladder color it according to your room color. And use it for multi purpose.
