There comes a time when you reach home all tired and stressed. It's because you might have a hard day at work and now you're unable to make a move. In this case I can give you five effective ways that you can employ to reduce your stress. 1. Just lay down and do nothing! First of all lay down and try to relax your mind. Try to breathe long and not think about anything at all!  2. Put your feet in warm water After restoring your soul for sometime, take out a tub and add some warm water to it and put your feet in it. This will help you relax your body muscles and you'll feel relief.  3. Drink a cup of coffee/tea Sometimes a simple cup of tea or coffee proves to be so much effective and helps you to release your body fatigue and calm your soul. 1.  Real World is going to make you cry
No matter how big champ you used to be at your university/college, the real world is going to kick your ass very hard. Because I used to think of myself "I was a President of my society, so I'm gonna rock it babes!" But you have no idea practical life is really going to give you hard time!


2. Say goodbye to your ego 
Once you make an entry to the practical world, you have to say bye-bye to your ego. Because the world doesn't run according to your ego. You're about to make a lot of sacrifices for the rest of your life. So this is big advice for you to leave your ego and become a cheerful person.It's time to embrace your strengths and weaknesses.

3. Think out of box
If you used to be a crammer at university then you're going to pay hard for this. Because that's not how real world works. You should have an inquisitive personality, make up your learn new things and explore various aspects of life. 


4. Be organized at your work
You need to be more focused on your work. Because this is going to be your first job and you'll be newbie in work field so making a good first impression consider the deadlines. Follow the schedule. Arrive 10 mins earlier in the morning and leave 10 mins later in the off-time. Be more responsible at your work and never forget to take along your dairy, pen to the meeting.
