There comes a time when you reach home all tired and stressed. It's because you might have a hard day at work and now you're unable to make a move. In this case I can give you five effective ways that you can employ to reduce your stress. 1. Just lay down and do nothing! First of all lay down and try to relax your mind. Try to breathe long and not think about anything at all! 2. Put your feet in warm water After restoring your soul for sometime, take out a tub and add some warm water to it and put your feet in it. This will help you relax your body muscles and you'll feel relief. 3. Drink a cup of coffee/tea Sometimes a simple cup of tea or coffee proves to be so much effective and helps you to release your body fatigue and calm your soul. How did you participated on national coffee day ? 4. Watch your favorite TV Series The best way to cure your stress is by watching your favorite TV series with a cup of tea. I personally watch F.R....

1. Hi Hirra, Please tell us about yourself.
2. What's the first trip you remember and how old you were?
When you
lower the luxury level expense is managed automatically because travel is all
about exploring and adventure, not about lavishness.
Umm so many times, like SOOO many that I may write a book on them. :D
No, definitely not. As I told earlier I am habitual to travel, I have never felt burnt out or bored. I have travelled for 20-24 hours at the stretch and to my surprise even that wasn’t tiring for me as well.
I am Hirra Abdul Malik and I am currently running a travel
blog by the name THE GOOD VIBES. My venture is destined to promote peace and
tourism in our nation by depicting the positive side of it.
The first
time I traveled was when I was just 19 or 20 days but obviously that is
something I don’t remember. :D
I usually get flashbacks of our trips to Murree when I was
6. We were posted in Rawalpindi at that moment and I remember we used to visit
Murree after every week or two.
3. Why did you start travelling? What made you fall in love with it?
I guess
travelling is in my genes. My dad loves to travel and thus the craze is
inherited. :D Being an army brat, we had to travel every month, so
travelling is more of a habit than love.
4. Can you imagine your life without travel?
No, certainly not. Travel is life.
5. What is the name of your travel blog?Would you like to share its URL?
It’s
THE GOOD VIBES. Currently, the blog posts are available only on Instagram, the
web blog is yet to launch. I will be sharing the URL soon.
6. Honestly how did you manage expenses? Can you give me practical day to day example of your costs involved?
| Skardu, all under snow |
Moreover, I
am facilitated at the Army mess and resthouses at all the places I travel to.
Trust me, the travel cost reduces to half when
you are more focused on exploring rather than shopping.
7. What makes you fall in love with travel?
Nature. It’s the beauty of His creations and nothing
else that makes this craziness grow.
8. Have you ever come face to face with some extra ordinary experience? What was it?
| Phandar Valley |
Umm so many times, like SOOO many that I may write a book on them. :D
Accidents, Guest house issues, reaching the wrong
destination, long delays due to many reasons etc etc. My travel journal is just
full of them.
9. Some travelling hacks, which are generally not known by people?
So the 5
most important travel hacks:
- Travel light. Roll your clothes instead of folding the, this creates space.
- Get some handy travel size containers instead of huge packs of shampoos, toothpastes and all.
- Be early always, atleast half an hour.
- Never ever go for shopping to the tourism specific areas. You will get the same products at much cheaper rates from the local market.
- Don’t go for fancy or heavy clothing. Wear what’s comfortable because all that is going to count is the fun you had, not the way you dressed up.

11. Which places you wish to visit again?
The northern Pakistan. The more I
visit, the more I wish to travel again. That place is majestic, it makes you
fall in love with it.
From Skardu to Ghizar, Hunza to Gilgit, the land is full
of beauty, full of life. The place gives the most mesmerizing views, not less
than those of the Europe.
