So today we'll get to know how to improve productivity at work. I have personally made a list of things the successful people around improvise to create productivity at office.
1. Stop Multitasking
According to Forbes, only 2% people are able to do multitasking at work-space, rest of them fail. Furthermore multitasking at work reduces your productivity by 40% and that is a big deal! So my first tip for you people would be to please stop multitasking. Another reason you shouldn't be multitasking is that you get distracted when there are so many things in your mind and you cannot focus on one task.
2. Go for a power nap while under pressure
From my personal experience in previous job, this is the best of the best tip to improve efficiency. Although many offices don't allow napping at working hours but if you can take a power nap for 20 minutes then it'll freshen you up. If my reader is some boss/CEO of a company I would recommend you to please improvise this habit in your work-space in order to improve efficiency at work.
3. Keep changing your position
It's very common myth that you can work more while standing. But I would say that is not so true. If you are really in to improving your efficiency at work then please keep changing your posture from standing to sitting, from sitting to moving and vice-versa.
4. Exercise for 5-10 minutes
Your 5 minutes workout can help you freshen up in no time. If you're feeling exhausted at work, then do some workout there. It will not only help you to be more efficient but also regulates the blood flow particularly in brain and in body normally. This circulation of blood will in short make you more productive. I would highly recommend this to you.
