A healthy work-life balance is really important in the current era. And by work-life balance I mean, that work should not get into your personal life and your life should be intertwined with work. Most of the people are giving too much of their time to work and miserably fail to manage their home life. For instance, we can assume that work should be a priority, and we should wholeheartedly invest our hours into it. But what if you keep on working for hours and hours, and fail to take out time for yourself, get dark circles around your eyes, cannot give time to your family, would working be worth it? So, I want to introduce a concept of "smart working" instead of "hard-working"! Your boss hires you for 9 hours working, and you end up investing 14 hours out of 24 hours, it's not being efficient, it's being able to not manage things in your 9 hours schedule.According to research conducted in August 2018, Pakistan has 57420 number of employees who are working their best. Fifty-seven thousand is a huge amount if we consider it, and if every one of them goes on neglecting their lives and healths, we will end up having stressed lives.
So here are a few effective strategies for balancing work life, that will ease your daunting life!
1. Prioritize your tasks
The key is not to prioritize but to schedule your priorities!

Stephen Covey has repeatedly mentioned in his books to prioritize the task, put first things first. He further explained that people spend most of their time doing urgent things which are not important. Priority should be given to important things first. So take a note of your priorities, list them down, and do a deep analysis of your tasks. Unless your life is scheduled you cannot achieve anything.
2. Live and eat healthy
Poor sleep schedules, unhealthy nutrition, relying on fast foods, and not exercising or taking walk are the factors that cause hindrance to your healthy lifestyle. If you eat healthy, fresh fruits, try taking walk for 1 hour a day, your life could get much better.
3. Keep an hour for yourself to relax your mind.
Relax, maybe spend some time in fresh air, walk around or take power naps but do treat yourself better.
4. Learn from your mistakes
It is okay to make a mistake once because otherwise, you cannot learn. But if you go on repeating those same mistakes you are on the wrong track. Learn from your mistakes, make sure you do not repeat them.
5. Focus one thing at a time
Instead of devoting your attention to different things, focus on a single thing.
